Cancellation Policy
Schedule Changes, Cancellations & Refund Policy:
Client must notify SoFetch of cancellation via phone or email at least 48 hours prior your appointment time. Any cancellations made after this time, or No Shows, will result in a 50% Cancellation Fee of the total service.
Deposits are required to hold your appointment time and are nonrefundable.
